The unimaginable.....

At my last Dr appointment everything looked GREAT!! BUT - he found another baby! That's right...triplets!! HOLY FREAKING CRAP. I'm totally kidding. That really would be unimaginable though, huh?
Casey & I took that kids to the zoo today. It was a really nice day! A little bit of a breeze...not to many crazy people, just enough to keep me entertained.
Caleb was checking out the statue of gorilla and said, "WOW. Look at those nipples." Can you imagine how many germs are on the gorilla though? I wonder if anyone ever takes a Lysol wipe to him.
This gorilla was eating & Taylor & Rylee were in a trance watching him.
This LARGE gorilla was being pretty active and then climbed up to his pallet bed & curled right up to take a nap. You should have heard the crowd that was watching him. It was like this gorilla was a darling brand new baby. "AAAHHhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....how sweet." Casey said, "They think that animal that could rip your face off is adorable??" We stuck around for awhile because every time the gorilla would try to get comfy the aaaaahhhhhhhhh's came back. It was cracking me up for some reason.
This is Taylor & Rylee giving the polar bear statue a hug. Then they proceeded to show me the noses, eyes, ears, mouths, & bellies of the bears. Rylee even got on her knees....touched the chest of one and said "Nipples". What is wrong with my children???
Caleb was so excited to ride the preying mantis on the carousel. Taylor kept saying, "Wee hah!" on her bear & Rylee cried her eyes out unless Casey was holding her.
I think that little Miss Taylor had the most fun at the zoo today. She minded really well, kept up, and loved everything.
It was a fun afternoon. I doubt that the whole family will go again for a couple of years.

Happy Father's Day

Father's Day weekend started with a cookout at my parents house.  My dad was leaving for Alaska on Father's day...so Angela & I got him the sweetest shirt ever for his trip this year.
It was cold!  We had 90 degree weather all week & then the day we got together it was 70's & a bit chilly.  We all ended up is the house for dessert & visiting.  Isn't it sad that this is the best picture we pulled off out of 3??  What is Taylor doing??

On Saturday Casey spent all day at his dad's house with his brothers helping to install a timer on his parents sprinkling system.  When I say all day....I mean all day.  They did get it done though & that is wonderful.  All of the families met at Brad & Mona's for lunch.  It was yummy.  All of the grand kids then got to play on the slip & slide and play with a new magnetic dart game.  It was a HOT afternoon....but a good time!

I made yummy biscuits & gray for breakfast on Sunday morning.  Casey opened his gift - 2 Nerf guns, some work pants, some protein powder & some homemade cookies.  Then we went to church.  I didn't want to cook the rest of the day - my limit these days is 1 home cooked meal a day....if you're lucky.  After Casey & the girls napped we headed to Texas Roadhouse in Logan for dinner.  It was good!

I am pretty sure I am NEVER going to get a picture of these two ladies together where they both look cute/normal!
After dinner we went to First Dam to feed the ducks.  They kids had a lot of fun.
Caleb was about to catch this duck....I'm glad he didn't get bit!
Taylor was funny.  She would scream "DUCKY!" and then throw her bread into the water.  It was pretty cute!

Better late than never!

I finally got around to taking some pictures of the girls in their 2 year old glory.  They are 2 years & 4 months in these pictures.

Rylee (at 2)
Weight 25.25   38%
Height 35.25   82%
Head 48.3   70%
This little girl has a lot of spunk!  What is interesting is she gets so shy around other people, but when she is at home in her comfort zone she is so fun.  She is ALMOST potty trained 100%!  She loves to eat pizza, peaches, tuna fish sandwiches, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal & ice cream.  We are working on learning colors & letters right now & she is very smart.
 Taylor (at 2)
Weight 26.25   45%
Height 35.5   86%
Head 48.3   70%
Taylor has such a sweet little personality.  She is soft spoken & loves to be held.  She isn't interested in going potty yet - but she gets so excited when Rylee goes.  She loves to eat pizza, bananas, grapes, cereal, yogurt, ice cream, string cheese, & yogurt covered raisins.  Taylor is also doing great on learning her colors & letters.  I have some smart kids!

I have tried everything I can think of to rotate this picture.  It makes me so mad that it won't turn right!!!!
We are also working on being happy.  Can you tell??
They also can be sad, surprised, angry, scared, silly & cute!

Shhhhh....

How come kids are so freaking cute when they are all ready for bed - or just sleeping soundly?
Rylee went through a phase where she had to have her baby wrapped up in a blankie every night & handed to her.  ADORABLE!
Caleb looked so comfy & cozy & cute this night.
Taylor & Rylee have started sharing a queen bed.  No more cribs for them!  Grammy came over one night & let them comb her hair before they went to bed.  Caleb thought he was being pretty funny by hiding, but letting his puppy be in the picture.
Taylor was all ready for nap time about an hour early the other day & just went & put herself down.  DARLING!

I went to check on the kids the other night & Rylee had crawled into bed with Caleb.  Ahhhhhhhhhhhh.
THEN - one night Taylor & Rylee were sharing a pillow.  O-ja-ba-doh!  I can't freaking stand all of the cuteness :)
