Here are six random things about myself:
1. I freaking hate spiders. And the older I get, the more that they wig me out. I was doing some yard work yesterday & looked down & one was on my shoe - almost touching my foot - and I shrieked out. My neighbor was outside & was probably like "Stupid terretts girl" We're good though - I kicked my shoe far away & it did not touch my skin.
2. I hate doing laundry, but love clean clothes.
3. I want to do fun stuff for a living...that sounds dumb, but I want to make birthday cakes for children...make rag quilts (until I can branch out to some other quilt) for babies and toddlers...make fun wedding favors....I'm not that crafty to do that stuff though, but I'm dreaming that's what I do.
4. I thrive on opinion. I wish that I didn't, but I swear I can't make a decision on my own.
5. I love I Can't Believe it's Not Butter spray and parmesean cheese on my popcorn.
6. I really have to pee.
Now I tag: Angela & Ashley becuase they are awesome and the only 2 other people I know that blog besides Stephanie & Laura and the people I stalk.

Cheese face
On Friday night Casey was downstairs working on the basement remodel & we have our big freezer downstairs & I needed some cheese slices that were in there so I asked him to please toss me up a package. In case you are wondering - frozen cheese is HARD!! I decided to catch it with my face & it gave me a great fat, brusied, bloody lip - but pictures just didn't do it justice.
We went to the Coppermill in Logan on Friday to celebrate my Grandma Babe's birthday. It was ok food & Grandma seemed to enjoy herself. We also went to Sugar & Spice - Love that place!!

On Saturday night - the Andersons went bowling. It was me, Casey & Dylan against my dad, Ashely & Derrick. If I would've known it was a competition I wouldn't had my A-Game on...the last game they beat us by 2 freaking pins. I demand a rematch!
Here are a couple of pictures of Caleb. He jumped himself to sleep the other night. Too cute. When I went to check on him on Sunday during his nap - he had his thumb in his mouth & his butt in the air. Sleeping baby pics are the best.

Fun stuff. . .
We had a fun week! On Wednesday Caleb & I went to the Brigham City pool with Angela and her boys (Griffen & Blake), Grandpa Don, Jordon & Dylan (my brothers). It was a good time. Caleb wasn't to big on the water idea at first, but after he had a bottle and got back in, I think he was having a good time. He really didn't say though.
On Thrusday I went to dinner at TGI Fridays with some friends and FINALLY found something edible there. I wasn't going to go because I don't like their food much. I ordered a Cajun shrimp & chicken pasta and it was really good. With a vanilla coke on the side of course.
Friday - some friends and their kids came over for a mini pool party. It was nice to get together.
Sunday was my Aunt Sandra's annual breakfast treat at Village Inn and shopping at the Fashion Place Mall. My sister Ashley & my mom couldn't make it this year - but we look forward to playing with them next year. Village Inn has the greatest pancakes ever!!

Happy Birthday to Casey!
For Casey's birthday, we planned a Freeze Family camping trip to Emigration Campground in Idaho. It is about 30 minutes North of North Beach at Bear Lake. Casey shares a bday with his nephew Logan so we thought a camping/beach trip would be fun....
We (which means I) get everthing all packed and ready to go and head out around 5 on Friday night...I had directions in my head (which I suck at directions in my head or even in they are written right in front of my face) and we miss our turn. We headed probably 30 minutes out of the way before we figured out we were lost. We turn around and we realize that we didn't have any freaking blankets or sleeping bags (total misunderstaing...I thought he got them - he thought I got them...blah blah blah). I had one for Caleb, but the high at night was 40...brrrrr. So - we go to a store in Preston (20 minutes out of our way) and get 2 sleeping bags.
We FINALLY make it to the campground. Set up our tent, blow up the air mattress, unload the car and throw out the sleeping bags. Now - I really don't know why we were shocked that they SUCKED. They were only $15 a piece at a po-dunk grocery store. There was nothing to them! We ended up driving BACK to Preston and getting a motel room. We walk into our room and it was 90 degrees (no joke...that's what the thermostat said). We got it down to 78, but that was still to hot for me. At least Caleb was warm.
We went back up to the campground for breakfast and headed of to Bear Lake for some fun in the sun. And it was a lot of fun. I love the beach. We ended up packing up camp and coming home a night early. Talk about a crappy learning experience. BUT - Casey and Logan both had Happy Birthdays and that is what matters.

The Shelf
This morning Caleb woke up at 6:30 so I decided we should probably go for a walk. The temperature was very nice & Caleb loves to be outside & I'm a tubby so I was glad that we went. I'm about 30 minutes in to my nice stroll when I think "I should jog to that stop sign" Yes folks...that isn't a typo...it says jog. I thought to myself "Adrenaline?? Is that you?" So I started to jog. It actually felt nice until the shelf started to bounce. The shelf you say? Does top butt sound better? The shelf is that lovely fat collection above ones rear end. I seriously thought it was going to bounce out of my pants. Sick, sick, sick. I only jogged for 1/2 of the length of a football field and ended up with a side ache. I'm a wuss. Anyone know if the make shelf supports?
In order for you to stop picturing my butt bouncing - here is a picture of Caleb in his new jumper. He freaking loves it. He turns his toes under and bounces on them. I hope they don't break. He is also getting his first tooth. It's cute.

Basement Remodel
So - if any of you have seen our basement, you probably thought "Why did Casey & Brittni buy this place?!?" And as we dig into remodeling, we are questioning it ourselves! Come to find out - this home was a 'project' home. Something similar to habitat for humanity or something where anyone in the community can come and lend a hand. No wonder it was affordable. So - needless to say, there are many things that make you think "Why did they do that?!"
The beautiful Teton painting wasn't salvageable. I was heart broken.

Casey got to buy a big flatscreen TV for his graduation present and the deal was, it didn't come out of the box until the basement was finished. Tee hee...I love being a woman. I'm posting some 'before' pictures and if it ever gets finished, I will post the after. Casey has been working really hard, but doesn't get a ton of time to work on it. The flatscreen has been taking up a lot of space in its box upstairs...so that's been nice to look at every day.
