Santa found us! Caleb was obviously a very good boy this year. Casey woke up around 6:30...I woke up around 8:00 & around 9:00 we had to go wake Caleb up!!!
Breakfast. YUM
Crepes & breakfast casserole.

This was Caleb's favorite toy!
Check out his concentration.

What a cutie!
Notice his drink in the bottom corner of the picture? We took him over to his present pile & tried to get him excited about things & he just kept saying 'drink....drink...drink' He became more interested in the toys n' such after his pallet was moistened.

Taking videos - with his nose.

Cruising on his motorcycle.

After we had our presents opened & breakfast devoured we headed to my parents house to play games. I heart games. I don't know why. Maybe I love competition. I love card games, board games, outside games....not real big on relay games (I'm a slow runner...& a spaz) After visiting with my family we went to Casey's parents house for dinner (yep...more food!) and presents. We got so many good things! Caleb got books, snow pants, a sled, magnet letters, a LOUD truck, & Hercules on DVD. I got a wheat grinder, The Proposal on DVD, curlers for my hair, & a prelude music book for church. Casey got a stock for a gun he wants to make, a robe, an emergency flashlight/radio & 3 mortal combat games for PS2. We also got a gift card to WalMart & to Maddox (because...we will need to eat more!!)
Casey - a little fogged up. Tee hee.

Caleb LOVES his tractor book that Grandpa Brad picked out.

Shayden, Caleb & Nathanael playing with their trucks.

I'm very grateful for my friends & my family. They make me smile! - - -speaking of friends. My BF MaLynda & I got each other the same thing for Christmas!!
BUMP ITS!
I still can't make mine work - I need to get some aerosol hairspray. I will not give up hope!

MaLynda also got Caleb the cutest little vet kit. He loves it!

I have a problem. I can't STAND sitting at home for a whole day. I feel like I have to go do something or I'll go insane. So - we ventured out into the storm to see if we could get lucky & see if Santa was at the Chamber of Commerce...HE WAS! There wasn't another soul in sight either - so we got to walk right in & walk right out. Caleb didn't cry - but I think he may have wanted to. After Santa, we walked around the mini village & then went to the new Beijing Buffet. Chinese food is scary PERIOD - but a Chinese buffet is super scary! BUT - it was actually quite good & no one threw up! Hooray!
