November Happenings

We ended up at Grammy's house a couple of days after Halloween.  These two love Grammy's books!
I couldn't resist snapping a picture my baby in the leaves.
Angela turned 40!!  Her birthday and Thanksgiving fell on the same date this year.  We played "put the crown on Angela" and then a memory game that consisted of pictures of her through the years.  I think that it was a successful party!!  The 4 little girls were so funny to watch play games.  They were really into it!  What would a get together be without a little harassment from uncle Jordon?  And look at my sisters....aren't the pretty!!!  I'm a lucky girl to have such a great family.
Caleb and I had a date night.  He got a sharp new haircut and then we went out for ice cream.  I sure am lucky to be his mom.
After family pictures, we loaded up the mini van and headed to Ikea!
Caleb needed a new dresser and I was just going to order online, but I figured I better check them out first.  I'm glad that I did!  The one I was going to buy online was a total hunk of junk!  We found a nice one for him.
 Thankful turkeys!
A little lady in a tiny body.  She is a cutie for sure!
My future paleontologist!  He came and got me one morning and said, "MOM!!  Come look at the fossil I discovered!"
Casey was out checking his traps one morning and they came home with a snake.  G R O S  S
Even though it's probably considered a small snake....I think I hated just as much as a big snake.
I'm pretty sure that Taylor is going to be Casey's buddy when it comes to his outdoor hobbies.  She's really into it and not skiddish at all!

This picture of Luke makes me laugh and makes me sad at the same time.  He just wanted me to help him out...but I left him there to go and get the camera first.
 Sassy shopper!

Casey took the girls on a bike ride around Mantua reservoir one day.  I'm surprised they made it all the way around!  Good job girlies!
I thought it would be funny to switch pajamas on these 2 one night.  They both thought it was hilarious for about 20 seconds and then couldn't change into their own attire fast enough.

October Happenings

Even with all of the October festivities, random things happened and moments were captured.  One afternoon my kids & a few that I babysit made witch hat cupcakes.
On evening we headed to a cute little pumpkin patch in Corinne.  Played in the corn, went down a straw bale slide, slingshot-ed mini pumpkins, overspent on pumpkins, and got eaten by a million mosquitoes.
My little cuties painted their overpriced pumpkins to display on the front porch.
Boba Fett is Caleb's creation.  Luke LOVES blue and Alexa LOVES pink.  Taylor & Rylee just can't ever pick one color.  They are my little rainbow girls!
This little miss is a little lady even when she's asleep.  She is one of the girliest little girls I have ever known.  I heart her.
Rylee is a little fashioista.  She was pretty decked out on this particular day and asked me to take her picture.
Enjoying a little fall walk with my littles one afternoon!  Sweats and sandals.  It's just how we roll somedays.
Eva diva had a sleep over.  These 3 are pretty cute together.  One of their favorite things to do is yell E - V - A at the top of their lungs.
The girls had a Halloween party at their dance studio.  They had a blast.
It was crazy hair/hat day at school.  I love these kids.  I love that Caleb wore his awesome Donald Duck hat.
Luke & Lex were so excited to enjoy their lollipops that they got for their birthday!  They are as big as their faces!
As you can probably tell....I spend more time with these 2 crazies than the other ones at this moment in my life.  They love each other so much.  I'm glad that they have each other to keep entertained.
All 5 of the kids think that their dad is a couch.
We are at the "should they" or "shouldn't they" nap stage.  This particular day they had a nap....and this was their shenanigans around 11 pm.  The struggle is real.
Luke thought that he was pretty funny making a bubble beard.
Crisp fall leaves.
 T-shirts and sweat pants.
 Does it get any better?

HaLlOwEeN!

It's here!!  It's finally here!! We had to start the night off with a little Halloween photo session.  Look how cute my kids are!!!!
Could you die over the cuteness of this picture???  My babies are growing up.
A couple of crazy, cute, cute cats!
Can you see Boba Fett??  He blends right in with his surroundings.  What an outstanding bounty hunter.

We started the night at Brad & Mona's house, but I don't have any pictures!  Getting everyone in & out of the car without being too wrinkled or makeup messed up must've been more that I could handle.

We were then off to my Grandpa Carlos & Grandma Babe's house.  I've trick or treated with these fantastic people for SO MANY YEARS!!  What a lucky kid I am and I'm so happy that my kids have the opportunity to know how fun these two are.
We were then headed out into the crazy streets of Tremonton.  Griffen, Blake, Angela & Dylan even came to play for a bit.  My mom was in her witch costume.  She adds a new piece to her ensemble here & there.  It gets better every year!  My dad said that he was dressed up as a witch hunter.
Angele is the Selfie master.  Derrick is the photo bomb master.  Jackson & Grandpa are just adorable.
Luke loves Grammy.  It's a pretty cute little love affair.  He was starving by the time we were done trick or treating and shoved almost a whole bag of goldfish in his mouth.  My grandpa was cracking up.  The weather was perfection.  The kids were happy.  The adults weren't cranky.  And we were all in bed by 10.  It was a PERFECT Halloween.
